Pils:Beer(e)

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Mirtillo (blueberry liqueur)
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • Pilsner beer
  • 3 – 4 teaspoons of blueberry puree (or jam)
  • ice cubes

Preparation

Mix the blueberry purée with the Mirtillo and lime juice and stir with a bar spoon until smooth. Add 3 – 4 ice cubes and top up with Pilsner beer.

Glass: Tumbler or long drink glass

Tip

Pouring the beer carefully over the ice cubes creates a beautiful layering of colour.
