Our special wine culinary series

10 wines – 5 courses: on each date, a leading winegrower from the Retzer Land region presents the latest and rarest wines from their cellar to accompany a top-class culinary experience. In contrast to normal culinary events, the wine is not selected to accompany the food, but rather the menu to accompany the wine. This guarantees pure culinary delight!

Current and rare wines from the wine cellar are accompanied by an exquisite 5-course menu from our chef Markus Scheuer, which is matched exactly to the wines.
