Ingredients

  • 250 g curd cheese
  • 125 g double cream cheese
  • 25 g pumpkin seeds, roasted and grated
  • 15 g pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds, ground
  • 1 tsp pepper, black and ground
  • ½ clove of garlic, chopped
  • salt

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients together, mix well and season to taste.
